Silicon Slopes Jobs is a job board platform connecting employers with job seekers in Utah's technology community. The Service allows employers to post job listings and allows users to browse and apply for positions.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Job Postings
Employers posting jobs on the Service are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. We reserve the right to remove any job posting that violates these terms or that we deem inappropriate, misleading, or fraudulent. Job postings must be for actual, open positions.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) post false, misleading, or fraudulent content; (c) harass, abuse, or harm another person; (d) impersonate any person or entity; (e) interfere with the operation of the Service; or (f) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Silicon Slopes Jobs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILICON SLOPES JOBS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
