Employer Job Posting Rules

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Accuracy

Job postings must describe real, currently open positions with accurate titles, locations, compensation ranges where required, and job details. Misleading, duplicate, or "evergreen" postings for positions that are not genuinely open are not permitted.

2. Prohibited Postings

You may not post listings that: (a) are discriminatory or violate equal employment opportunity laws; (b) require applicants to pay a fee to apply or be hired; (c) promote multi-level marketing, pyramid schemes, or "get rich quick" opportunities; (d) contain adult, illegal, or fraudulent content; (e) infringe intellectual property rights; or (f) collect personal information for purposes unrelated to hiring.

3. Content Ownership

You are responsible for all content you upload, including company logos and descriptions, and you represent that you have the rights to use that content. See our DMCA & Copyright Policy for how we handle infringement claims.

4. Enforcement

We may edit, reject, or remove any posting that violates these rules or our Terms of Service, and may suspend accounts for repeated violations. Postings removed for rule violations are not eligible for a refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
