DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated: July 11, 2026

1. Respecting Copyright

Silicon Slopes Jobs respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. Employers and users who upload content — including company logos, descriptions, and job listings — must have the rights to that content. We respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").

2. Filing a Takedown Notice

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent that includes: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the infringing material and its location on the Service; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Designated Agent

Send DMCA notices to hello@siliconslopesjobs.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice."

4. Counter-Notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate court.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may, in appropriate circumstances, disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
